In the center is the Mystical letter Yod, written in the Celestial Alphabet. In the angles of the triangle, the three letters in the "Passing of the River" writing, form the Name Shaddai.
The words around three sides of the triangle are from Genesis i.1 - "in the beginning the Elohim created..." The versicle is from Psalms 69:24 "Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake".
